摘要
为了更好地贯彻《英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》的文件精神,教育部高等学校英语专业教学指导分委员会拟出台《高等学校英语专业教学大纲(新版)》,作为国家标准的实施细则和指南。本文拟从制定背景、编写意义、制定过程、主要内容、编写理念等方面对其进行解读,帮助各院校充分理解国家标准的要求和内涵,明确专业建设和人才培养的方向和重点,从而更好地推动我国英语教育的发展。
In order to better implement The National Standards of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate English Majors, The ELT Advisory Board under the Ministry of Education is now drawing up The New National Syllabus for College English Majors which serves as a detailed guide for relevant colleges and universities. This article aims to interpret its background, meaning, process, content, and principles to help those involved to comprehend the requirements and contents of The National Standards, and specify the directions of and focuses on major construction and talents cultivation. Thereby, English education in our country is propelled forward.
