摘要
本研究考察不同活性物质对海马烂尾病病原菌Pseudoalteromonas spongiae HL11的抑菌作用,结果表明茶多酚、大蒜素、没食子酸、聚赖氨酸和乳酸5种活性物质具有抑菌效果,而其余13种活性物质没有抑菌效果.进一步对其进行单因素实验和正交实验,其最优复合抑菌配方为:茶多酚27.5 mg.L^(-1)、没食子酸10 mg.L^(-1)、乳酸10 mg.L^(-1)、大蒜素30 mg.L^(-1)、聚赖氨酸100 mg.L^(-1),其最大抑菌圈直径为31.6 mm.本研究旨在为海马实际生产中烂尾病的防治,提供一种无毒副作用、无药物残留和健康环保的养殖方式.
In the study,various active substances were tested for their antibacterial activity against tail-rot disease pathogen Pseudoalteromonas spongiae HL11 of Hippocampus kuda.The results indicated that 5 active substances—tea polyphenols,lactic acid,gallic acid,allicin and polylysine had antibacterial effect,while other 13 kinds of bioactive substances had no bacteriostatic effect.And then,the optimal antibacterial formulas gained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are as follows: tea polyphenols 27.5 mg.L^(-1),gallic acid 10 mg.L^(-1),lactic acid 10 mg.L^(-1),allicin 30 mg.L^(-1),and polylysine 100 mg.L^(-1).Under optimal conditions,the maximum diameter of the inhibition zone was 31.6 mm.The aim of this study is to provide a non-toxic side effect,no drug residue,healthy and environmentally friendly culture mode for the control of tail-rot disease of seahorses in the actual production.
