推动全面从严治党向基层延伸是党中央实施全面从严治党战略布局的重大部署。全面从严治党向基层延伸必须坚持以反腐倡廉为重点。在经济上,重在查处"蝇贪"和纠正不正之风,形成清廉的执政环境;在政治上,重在查处和纠正违反政治纪律的行为,强化"四个意识",形成清明的政治环境;在思想上,重在查处和纠正腐败思想以及其它错误思想,保持共产党人思想上的纯洁性,发挥共产党员标杆作用,形成清正的社会环境,更好地维护人民的根本利益,维护共产党领导人民当家作主的社会基础。

Extending strict administration of the Party to foundational levels contributes greatly to the deployment of the strategic arrangement of strict administration of the Party. In this, emphasis must be laid on combating corruption and promoting integrity.In the economic area, minor corruptions and the ill mood must be corrected to help cultivate a social environment for honesty and integrity. Politically, behaviors against political disciplines will be investigated and corrected for the enhancement of the＂Four Senses＂to produce a political environment that is clear and clean. Ideologically, corrupt and other wrong ideologies will be discovered for the preservation of ideological purification of Party members to set a benchmark as Party members so that a clean and upright cultural environment can be established and the basic interests of the public can be protected for the maintenance of the social foundation for the Party in leading the public in their practice as owners of the country.
