摘要
随着我国港口规模和开发范围不断扩大,港口资源的利用变化快、范围广和分散,传统的港口资源管理方法已不适应这种新的变化。采用面向对象的影像分析技术,通过计算机把不同地物在遥感影像中的特征信息以规则集的方式表达出来,并使用影像分割算法准确对地物分类。以期有效、及时和准确地掌握港口资源利用数据,为港口资源的动态跟踪监测和管理提供基础技术保障,为行业管理和宏观调控提供支撑。
With the sustained expansion and development of the ports in China,due to the quick variation,broad range and decentralization of port resources utilization,the traditional method cannot adapt to the management of port resources.The object-oriented image analysis technique can reflect the characteristic information of different objects in remote sensing images by the means of rule set based on a computer,apply image segmentation algorithm to the classification of the objects,grasp the data on port resources utilization effectively,timely and accurately,guarantee the dynamic tracking,monitoring and management of port resources,and support the industry management and macroeconomic control.
