绿色低碳港口指标评价模型及发展模式研究

Study on the Index Evaluation Model and Development Patterns of Green Low-carbon Port

本文立足于秦皇岛港绿色港口建设现状,构建基于强度性指标、体系性指标、保障性指标和特色性指标等4大类指标的绿色港口评价指标体系,综合运用层次分析法和模糊评价法,构建了层次模糊综合评价模型,对秦皇岛港现有绿色港口建设水平进行评价分析,探讨未来发展模式,为秦皇港乃至环渤海港口群绿色低碳港口建设提供指导依据。

Based on the Qinhuangdao green port construction situation,This paper establish an evaluation index system including four categories of indexes,strength indexes,system indexes,affordable indexes and characteristic indices,After using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and construct a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation index system to evaluate port,and explore the future development model,and proposed some phased goals to provide guidance to green and low-carbon construction for Qinhuangdao port and bohai sea port group.
