摘要
以东北地区为研究对象,根据引力模型测算东北地区城市创新产出的空间联系。研究发现:2014年与2008年相比,东北地区各城市创新产出联系量有明显增加,但空间上呈现出不均衡的状态,东北地区以"哈大线"为主轴,向两侧辐射的创新联系格局基本形成;东北地区创新联系一级节点城市由哈尔滨和沈阳双中心变为哈尔滨单中心,二级节点城市增加了沈阳和鞍山,三级节点城市则由鞍山、锦州和长春变为锦州和长春。在此基础上,从促进城市创新产出、鼓励城市创新合作、强化城市之间道路建设等方面提出加强东北地区城市间创新联系、促进东北地区创新发展的政策建议。
This paper chooses the Northeast of China as samples and analyzes the spatial linkage of regional innovation output in this area within the gravity model.The result indicates that compared with 2008,the total amount of innovation output linkages has increased significantly in 2014,while the spatial distribution of innovation linkages is always unbalanced.In general,the Northeast shows a radiation pattern of innovation on both sides of the"Harbin-Dalian line".The first-tier central city of the Northeast changes from the two central cities of Harbin and Shenyang to a single city of Harbin,and Shenyang and Anshan constitute the second-tier central cities,while the third-tier central cities change from Jinzhou,Changchun and Anshan to Jinzhou and Changchun.Finally,this paper offers some policy suggestions regarding innovation linkage improvement and innovative development of the Northeast from the perspective of promoting innovation output,encouraging innovation cooperation and strengthening road construction between cities.
