摘要
采用PVA生物处理工艺对果汁废水进行了试验研究,以考察该工艺处理果汁废水的可行性。研究结果表明:经过100 d的运行,PVA生物反应器的容积负荷从0.5 kg[CODCr]/(m3·d)提高到6.0 kg[CODCr]/(m3·d),其处理能力是传统活性污泥法的5~10倍;在整个运行过程中,PVA工艺对CODCr、BOD5、TN、TOC以及TP总平均去除率分别达到88.91%、90.93%、77.14%、75.14%、59.83%。该工艺在整个运行过程中基本无污泥外排。
In order to investigate the feasibility of PVA biological process treating juice wastewater, a test on treatment ofjuice wastewater by the said process was studied. The results showed that: after 100 days of oper-ation, the volume loading of PVA biological reactor was increased from 0.5 to 6.0 kg[ C0Dcr}/(m3·d), the treat- mentcapacitywas5 ?10 timesofthetraditionalactivatedsludgeprocess. During the whole operation process, the total average removal rates of CODCr, BOD5, TN, TOC and TP reached 88.91%, 90.93%, 77.14%, 75.14% and 59.83% respectively. In addition, there was no sludge discharged from the said process.
