摘要
将原有的钠型离子交换改造为预处理-反渗透-混床工艺作为低压蒸汽锅炉补给水的处理系统。工程运行结果表明,改造后的系统提高了锅炉给水的水质,降低了锅炉水中的盐含量,大大降低了锅炉发生过热器爆管的几率。
Using pretreatment-reverse osmosis-mixed bed process to replace sodium ion exchange process and adopting it in the make-up water treatment system of low-pressure steam boiler. The operating results of the project showed that, the transformed system improved the feed water quality, decreased the salt content of boilerwater, and greatly reduced the probability of burst of boiler superheaters.
