煤气化废水处理过程中湿焦脱水工艺对比分析

摘要 随着活性焦吸附工艺的应用推广,湿焦脱水成了一项新的技术难题。对不同湿焦脱水工艺实际运行情况和主要影响因素进行对比分析,研究结果表明:真空皮带脱水机脱水后焦饼含水率高达80%,故障率高,不能满足生产要求,不建议使用;离心脱水机脱水后焦饼含水率为60%~70%,自动化程度高,但耗药量大,且经常堵塞;板框压滤机脱水后焦饼含水率可达到50%,但人工操作强度高,对人员素质要求高。因此,在进行活性焦脱水工艺选择时,应从活性焦特性、运行状况、人员素质、对焦饼的要求、干焦最终去向以及资金、成本等几个方面综合考虑,做出相对合理的选择。 With the application and popularization of activated coke adsorption process, wet coke dehydra-tion has become a new technical problem. The actual operation condition of different kinds of wet coke dehydra-tion processes and the main influencing factors of them were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that, the moisture content of the coke cake dehydrated by vacuum belt dehydrator was above 80%, and the failure rate of the dehydrator was also high, which could not satisfy the production requirement, therefore, it was not recom-mended. Using centrifugal dehydrator for wet coke dehydration, the moisture content of coke cake reached 60%- 70%, the automation degree of the process was high, however, the disadvantages of it were also showed as large drug consumption and frequent blockage. Using plate-frame filter press, the moisture content of coke cake could reach 50%, but as the manual operation intensity was high, high personal quality was required. Therefore, for ac-tivated coke dehydration process selection, in order to make a relatively rational choice, it should be considered comprehensively from aspects of activated coke characteristics, operation condition, personal quality, requirement of coke cake, final destination of dry coke, capital, cost and so on.
