摘要 中海油深圳电力有限公司2.8×104 m3/h海水循环冷却工程为我国首个万吨级海水循环冷却技术示范工程。在该工程10余年的运行过程中,不仅解决诸多问题保证了系统稳定运行,而且积累了丰富的运行管理经验。通过总结10余年来海水取水构筑物、海水管道、海水冷却塔及其他方面的各种问题及原因,结合现有相关技术提出了解决措施或改进建议,以期为现有海水循环冷却工程的设计和运行提供借鉴,促进我国海水循环冷却技术的推广应用。 The seawater circulating cooling project with capacity of 2.8 × 104 m3/h which belongs to CNOOC Shenzhen Power Co., Ltd., is the first demonstration project of domestic seawater circulating cooling technology with capacity of 10 000 tons. In the process of more than ten years of running, lots of problems have been solved and abundant experiences about the system operation and management have been accumulated. Through summarizing the problems that have ever happened to seawater intake structure, pipe system, seawater cooling tower and some other parts, and analyzing the reasons, solution measures or modification suggestions were pointed out so as to provide reference for the design and operation of seawater circulating cooling project, and promote the extensive application of seawater circulating cooling technology in China as well.
