摘要
为实现反渗透系统阻垢剂的国产化应用,对国产反渗透阻垢剂PTR10进行静态阻垢性能和拮抗作用试验,与现场应用的国外药剂进行对比,并对PTR10替代国外药剂进行现场工程性验证。试验结果表明,在使用质量浓度均为3 mg/L,浓缩倍数为4的条件下,PTR10对Ca CO3、Si O2和氧化铁的阻垢率分别为89.02%、80.7%和81.5%,阻垢性能优于国外药剂;3个多月的现场工程替换运行,系统的回收率稳定在75%以上,脱盐率维持在98%以上,产水电导率稳定在7.0~8.0μS/cm之间。国产反渗透阻垢剂PTR10满足设计要求,可替代国外反渗透阻垢剂。
In order to realize localized application of scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis system, tests on static scale inhibiting performance and antagonistic effect of domestic scale inhibitor PTR10 were carried out, the results were compared with the performance of field applied foreign reagent. Besides, the feasibility of using PTR10 to substitute foreign reagent was also verified through field engineering. The tests 忆 results showed that, under the condition that the dosage was 3 mg/ L, the concentration multiple was 4, the scale inhibiting ratio of PTR10 to CaCO3, SiO2 and ferric oxide were 89.02%, 80.7% and 81.5% respectively, which showed a better scale inhibiting performance compared to foreign reagent. Through the field engineering substitution operation for over 3 months, the revovery and desalination rates were kept stable at above 7 5 % and 9 8 % respectively; the conductivity of the product water was 7.0 - 8.0 滋 S/ cm. It could draw a conclusion that, the performance of do-mestic scale inhibitor PTR10 for reverse osmosis system met the design requirement, which could be used to re-place foreign scale inhibitors.
