摘要 针对煤制气废水成分复杂,水量、水质波动性大,硫化物、NH3-N浓度高,碳氮质量比较低的特点,废水处理站采用预处理-两级A/O-臭氧氧化-曝气生物滤池组合工艺,回用水站采用预处理-超滤-反渗透组合工艺,对废水进行处理及回用。工程运行结果表明,系统运行稳定、出水水质达到设计指标,满足循环冷却水系统补充水水质要求。 In view of the fact that coal gasification wastewater had characteristics of complex composition, large fluctuation of water quantity and quality, high concentrations of sulfide and NH3-N, and low carbon-nitrogen mass ratio, pretreatment-two stage A/O-ozone oxidation-biological aerated filter combined process was adopted in sewage treatment station, pretreatment-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis combined process was adopted in recycle water station. The running results of the project showed that, the system run stably, the effluent water quality met the design objective, which satisfied the quality requirement of make-up water of circulating cooling water system.
