人工晶体缝线固定联合瞳孔成形术在外伤性晶体脱位合并瞳孔散大眼的应用

Application of Intraocular Lens Suture Fixation and Coroplasty in the Traumatic Dislocation of the Lens and Mydriasis Eyes

目的探讨人工晶体缝线固定联合瞳孔成形术在外伤性晶体脱位合并瞳孔散大眼的应用。方法方便选取该院于2015年3月—2017年3月收治的外伤性晶体脱位合并瞳孔散大眼的患者80例作为研究对象,将80例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均采用人工晶体缝线固定联合瞳孔成形术进行治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果患者经过治疗后,与手术之前相比,患者术后1个月的视力水平得到了显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后患者瞳孔直径为3.5~4.0 mm,平均为(3.78±0.03)mm,术中损伤发生率为20%;在手术后,共有13例患者出现术后并发症,并发症发生率为16.25%。结论在外伤性晶体脱位合并瞳孔散大眼应用人工晶体缝线固定与瞳孔成形术联合治疗,能够有效改善患者的视力,对于患者疾病的治疗起到了积极的作用,是一种安全有效的治疗方式,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the intraocular lens suture fixation and coroplasty in the traumatic dislocation of the lens and mydriasis eyes. Methods 80 cases of patients with traumatic dislocation of the lens and mydriasis eyes admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and the clinical data of them were reviewed and all patients were treated with intraocular lens suture fixation and coroplasty, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After treatment, the 1-month vision level after operation of patients was obviously improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the pupillary diameter of patients after surgery was 3.5~4.0 mm,(3.78±0.03)mm on average, and the incidence rate of intraoperative injury was 20%, after operation, there were 13 cases with postoperative complications and the incidence rate of complications was 16.25%. Conclusion Intraocular lens suture fixation and coroplasty in the traumatic dislocation of the lens and mydriasis eyes can effectively improve the visions of patients, which is of positive significance to the treatment of diseases of patients,and it is a safe and effective treatment method, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
