手术切除治疗原发性肝癌的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Operation Incision in Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

目的分析手术切除治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法方便选取2012年4月—2016年4月期间该院收治的80例原发性肝癌患者,将其抽签化分组,两组各有40例,对照组和观察组分别采用非解剖式肝切除手术治疗和解剖式肝切除手术,对比两组患者的住院时间、胃肠道恢复时间、AST、ALB、ALT、TBi L、总并发症发生率、下床活动时间、手术时间、腹腔引流时间、术中出血量、生存率。结果观察组患者的ALT(48.68±29.03)U/L、AST(95.58±6.64)IU/L、ALB(36.45±5.54)g/L、TBi L(17.35±1.53)μmg/L、总并发症发生率(2.50%)、腹腔引流时间(3.15±0.65)d、下床活动时间(1.86±0.87)d、手术时间(74.69±11.52)min、住院时间(10.42±1.28)d、胃肠道恢复时间(1.26±0.71)d、术中出血量(214.38±16.38)m L、1年后生存率(97.50%)、2年后生存率(90.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗对原发性肝癌患者而言效果较为显著,而加强解剖学分析,能够提高手术疗效。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of operation incision in treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with primary liver cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with non-anatomic hepatectomy and anatomic hepatectomy, and the length of stay, gastrointestinal tract recovery time, AST, ALB, ALT, TBi L, total incidence rate of complications, time to get out of bed, operation time, abdominal drainage time, intraoperative bleeding amount and survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The ALT, AST, ALB, TBi L, total incidence rate of complications, abdominal drainage time, time to get out of bed, operation time, length of stay, gastrointestinal tract recovery time, intraoperative bleeding amount, 1-year survival rate and 2-year survival rate in the observation group were respectively(48.68±29.03)U/L,(95.58±6.64)IU/L,(36.45±5.54)g/L,(17.35±1.53)μmg/L, 2.50%,(3.15±0.65)d,(1.86±0.87)d,(74.69±11.52)min,(10.42±1.28)d,(1.26±0.71)d,(214.38±16.38)m L,97.50% and 90.00%, which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of operation treatment of patients with primary liver cancer is obvious, and enhancing the anatomic analysis can improve the operation curative effect.
