自然分娩与无痛分娩的临床效果对比分析

Analysis of Comparison of Clinical Effect of Natural Delivery and Painless Delivery

目的对无痛分娩与自然分娩进行对比观察分析,研究在两种分娩方式对产妇造成的痛苦程度,及无痛分娩在临床中的应用价值。方法方便选取自2014年6月—2016年3月在该院进行分娩的192名足月产妇中进行采样观察,其中实验组96名,对照组96名。两组产妇随机分组,实验组采用无痛分娩技术,辅以注射罗哌卡因,对照组采用自然分娩方法。观察两组产妇的分娩过程,收集两组产妇的疼痛指数数据,观察两组的产妇分娩结果 ,对得到的数据进行对比分析。结果在两组数据中经分析发现对照组无痛出现率为9.3%而采用无痛分娩的对照组出现无痛率为82.6%显著高于自然分娩,通过SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行对比分析,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过上述两组数据显示,可以发现使用无痛分娩可以有效的减轻产妇在分娩过程中的痛苦程度。

Objective To compare and analyze the painless delivery and natural delivery and research the pains degree on the delivery women and application value of painless delivery in clinic. Methods 192 cases of full-term delivery women in our 2016 from June 2014 to March were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 96 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the painless delivery technology and were injected with ropivacaine, while the control group adopted the natural delivery method, and the delivery course of the two groups was observed and the pain index data of the two groups were collected and the delivery results of the two groups were observed and the data were compared and analyzed.Results The analysis showed that the occurrence rate of painless in the control group and in the experimental group were respectively 9.3% and 82.6%, and the SPSS 19.0 statistical software showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The data above showed that the painless delivery can effectively relieve the pains degree of delivery women in the labor course.
