探讨护理干预在透析患者皮肤瘙痒中的作用

目的分析护理干预在尿毒症透析患者皮肤瘙痒中的作用。方法方便选取该院2014年3月—2017年3月期间收治的52例尿毒症透析皮肤瘙痒患者根据不同的护理干预方式随机分为实验组(26例,常规护理同时配合综合护理干预措施)和对照组(26例,实施常规护理干预措施),通过皮肤瘙痒症状评分法评估两组患者皮肤瘙痒程度,对比两组患者护理前后皮肤瘙痒评分以及治疗总有效率等情况。结果两组患者护理后皮肤瘙痒症状评分相对于护理前均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实验组患者皮肤瘙痒症状评分相对于对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率(92.3%)显著高于对照组(73.1%),实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症透析皮肤瘙痒患者实施综合护理干预措施可有效缓解患者皮肤瘙痒症状,减轻患者不适,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in skin itch of dialysis patients. Methods 52 cases of urinaemia dialysis skin itch patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each according to different nursing intervention, the experimental group adopted the routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention measures, while the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention measures, and the skin itch degree of the two groups was evaluated by the skin itch symptoms method, and the skin itch score and total treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the skin itch score of the two groups decreased compared with that before nursing, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the skin itch symptom score in the experimental group decreased more obviously than that in the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(92.3% vs 73.1%), and the treatment effect in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures of patients with urinaemia dialysis skin itch can effectively relieve the skin itch symptoms of patients, relieve the discomfort of patients, which is worth clinical wide promotion and application.
