分期辨证手法针灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Staging Syndrome Differentiation Manual Acupuncture in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的分析分期辨证手法针灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年9月收治的60例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为两组各30例,对照组患者采取电针仪进行治疗,试验组患者采取分期辨证手法针灸进行治疗,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者76.67%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取分期辨证手法针灸治疗周围性面瘫效果显著,能够提高治愈率,值得在临床上大力推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of staging syndrome differentiation Manual Acupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 60 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the electric acupuncture apparatus, while the test group adopted the staging syndrome differentiation manual acupuncture, and the treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results The total treatment effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group(93.33% vs 76.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of staging syndrome differentiation Manual Acupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is obvious, which can improve the cure rate, and it is worth great promotion and promotion in clinic.
