浙江省《造纸制造业改造提升实施方案》（2017-2020年）中提到,至2020年,浙江省将把纸和纸板、纸制品、特种纸作为重点发展领域;将调整产品结构,提高供给效率,发展中高档包装用纸和纸制品;推动传统造纸制造业向节能、环保、绿色方向发展,提高包装用纸和纸制品产品质量。日前,浙江省经济和信息化委员会公布了《造纸制造业改造提升实施方案》（2017-2020年）,方案包括：产业现状、目标要求、工作举措、组织实施四大部分。本刊摘录及说明如下。

A few days ago, the implementation plan on transforming and upgrading of Zhejiang paper industry(2017-2020) was released by Zhejiang Economic and Information Commission. The plan included four parts, including industrial present situation, aims and requirements, working measures and organization and implementation. The plan mentioned that, up to 2020, Zhejiang province will take the paper and board, paper products and specialty papers as the key development fields; adjust products structure and improve supply efficiency; develop the medium and top grade packaging paper and paper products; promote the development of traditional paper industry to the direction of energy saving, environmental friendly and green to improve the quality of packaging paper and paper products.
