半夏泻心汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察及对血浆胃动素的影响

Observation of Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia and Its Influence on the Plasma Motilin

目的分析半夏泻心汤用于功能性消化不良治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取2016年1—12月期间来该院的功能性消化不良患者146例,随机分成两组,实验组73例患者采用半夏泻心汤方法治疗,对照组73例患者采用莫沙必利治疗,分别记录两组患者的临床疗效、各种临床症状评分情况和血浆胃动素情况。结果实施治疗之后实验组嗳气、腹胀、上腹饱胀、上腹痛和上腹烧灼感的临床症状平均评分均低于对照组;实验组73例功能性消化不良患者的总体治愈率为93.15%,明显高于对照组的治愈率(73.97%);实验组患者血浆胃动素的含量明显高于对照组。结论中药半夏泻心汤能够明在功能性消化不良的治疗中临床疗效显著,治愈率高,患者的血浆胃动素得到改善。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effects of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 146 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia in the hospital from January to December 2016 were cluster randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group of 73 cases was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction, while the control group of 73 patients was treated with mosapride. Then, the clinical effects and the scores of various clinical symptoms and plasma motilin levels of two groups of patients were recorded. Results The average scores of clinical symptoms of belching, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and abdominal burning sensation after treatment in the experimental group were lower than the control group. And the overall cure rate of 73 patients with functional dyspepsia was93.15%, which was higher than that in the control group of 73.97%; the content of motilin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine of Banxia Xiexin decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, and the cure rate is high, thus the plasma motilin in the patients are improved.
