探讨中心静脉导管治疗气胸的临床效果

Exploration of the Clinical Effect of Central Venous Catheter in the Treatment of Pneumothorax

目的探究中心静脉导管治疗气胸的临床效果。方法方便选择该院自2012年1月—2016年12月期间收治的100例气胸患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例,对照组采用常规粗硅胶管胸腔闭式引流术,治疗组采用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术,比较两组治疗后的总有效率及术后并发症发生情况。结果经治疗,治疗组的总有效率为96%,与对照组相比(98%),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.124,P=0.734),治疗组的并发症发生率为24%,明显低于对照组(60%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管闭式引流术治疗气胸,具有操作简便,创伤性小,术后并发症少等优点,值得在临床上应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of central venous catheter in the treatment of pneumothorax. Methods Convenient selection 100 cases of patients with pneumothorax in this hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, then were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group, the control group used routine coarse silicone tube closed chest drainage, and the treatment group used central venous catheter pleural line tube closed drainage, the total effective rate and complications of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was96%, and that of the control group was 98%, there were no significant difference(χ2=0.124, P =0.734), the complications rate of the treatment group was 24%,significantly lower than the control group of 60%, the difference between the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The central venous catheter in the treatment of pneumothorax has the advantage of easy operation, small trauma, fewer complications, so it is worth clinical application.
