微创拔牙中的Benex拔牙器应用价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析微创拔牙中的Benex拔牙器的临床应用价值。方法采用临床治疗对比研究法,随机选取该院口腔外科2016年3月—2017年2月收治的120例拔牙患者(观察组Benex拔牙器拔牙),对比往期拔牙组60例患者(对照组钳拔拔牙),对比两组患者的临床应用不同拔牙方式所取得的临床效果。结果观察组患者临床总有效率83.33%(56/60),明显高于对照组临床总有效率70.00%(42/60),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复契合度明显高于对照组,术中拔牙出血量和其牙齿即刻种植时间明显短于对照组。两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙中的Benex拔牙器的临床应用价值,不仅成功的拔除了患牙,且在临床实践中有效的减少了不良反应,且对患者的心血管无明显影响,值得临床应用实施。 Objective This paper tries to analyze Benex extraction for minimally invasive extraction in clinical application.Methods Random selection by clinical comparative study on treatment method, 120 cases of tooth extraction patients for oral surgery in the hospital March 2016 to February 2017 were selected(the observation group adopted Benex tooth extraction method), 60 cases of the previous extraction patients(the control group adopted clinical pliers), the clinical effect of different extraction methods were compared between two groups. Results The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 83.33%(56/60), significantly higher than the control group of 70.00%(42/60), the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05); the repair fitness in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,intraoperative blood loss and the tooth extraction of immediate implantation time were shorter than the control group. The differences were statistically significant in two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of the minimally invasive extraction not only can successfully extract the tooth and reduce the adverse reaction in clinical practice, but also has no obvious influence on the cardiovascular function of the patient, and is worthy of clinical application.
