探讨动态血糖监测在糖尿病肾病中的临床应用效果

摘要 目的探讨动态血糖监测在糖尿病肾病中的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年12月在该院住院的98例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,每组各49例,对照组患者采取自我血糖监测,研究组患者采取动态血糖监测,并比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白以及患者自我血糖管理水平、对糖尿病知识认知情况。结果治疗后研究组患者FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、血肌酐和24 h尿蛋白含量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对糖尿病知识认知评分以及自我管理水平评分分别为(22.6±2.8)分和(28.8±2.2)分,对照组分别为(19.3±3.2)分和(23.4±2.9)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态血糖监测能根据患者血糖实际情况调节胰岛素剂量,与传统血糖监测相比,动态血糖监测在改善患者血糖水平以及提高患者对糖尿病认知、自我管理水平方面更有优势。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring in diabetic nephropathy. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 98 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group, the control group of patients received self-blood glucose monitoring, the study group of patients received dynamic blood glucose monitoring, and blood glucose, serum creatinine, 24 h urinary protein and patients' self blood glucose management level, knowledge of diabetes in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The levels of FPG, 2 h PG, Hb A1 c, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05). The patient's knowledge of diabetes and self blood glucose management score in the study group were(22.6±2.8)points and(28.8±2.2)points respectively, and those in the control group were(19.3±3.2)points and(23.4±2.9)points respectively, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of blood glucose can adjust insulin dosage according to the actual situation of blood glucose of patients, compared with the traditional blood glucose monitoring, it has the advantages of improving blood glucose level, patients' cognition of diabetes and self management level.
