加强坦克乘员野外条件下体能训练的思考

Thinking of Strengthening about Tank Crews′Physical Training under the Condition of Field

在冬秋换季之际,坦克部队跨区机动演习,在野外条件下,由于地形环境陌生,路况复杂,给训练带来了较大的影响;坦克乘员在封闭的车内,浑浊的弹药废气、电台的噪音等,给坦克乘员生理、心理等带来了极大的损伤。如果坦克乘员没有良好的身体素质是很难完成各项训练科目。这就要求坦克乘员必须依据野外条件开展有效的体能训练。

On the occasion of the transformation of winter and autumn, tanks inter - district mobility exercises are under the condi-tion of the wild, the strange ground environment, and the complex road conditions brought great influence to the training. Staying in a closed zoom, turbidity of ammunition exhaiist gas and the noise from the radio, that damaged the heath in physical and psychologi-cal of the tank crew. A tank crews without good phjTsical quality is difficult to finish the task of training course. I t also requires the tank crews must be based on field conditions to carry out effective phjTsical training.
