摘要
由于科学技术的进步和战争模式的演变,执行军事任务时的身体能力需求也随之发生改变,以往以有氧能力为主的训练方式已经不能满足当前的作战需求。研究分析了人体无氧能力在执行大强度军事任务中的重要性,指出了传统陆军训练理念存在的问题,总结了优化提高大强度军事任务能力的负重训练的方法。对士兵进行评估后设计周期性训练计划,包括力量和耐力组合训练以及以提高作战能力为导向的特异性训练。
Due to the progress of science and technology and the change of the war, the performance military tasks has been changed, traditional training mode have not satisfied the current operational needs. Through literature analysis the importance of anaerobic abil-ity in high - intensive military tasks, the paper points out the problems that existing in the traditional military conditioning, summed up the optimal load training to raise the capacity in high - intensive military tasks, first need to evaluate soldiers, then design load pe-riodic training, including the combination of strength and endurance training, and specific training in order to improve the operational capability.
