400m障碍课程教学设计优化研究

摘要 选取某军校2013级本科学员为研究对象,实施"分解教学目标、突出教学重点、规范教学内容与方法、探索体能技能教学比重、细化教学考核"的400m障碍分学期教学设计优化实践,采用障碍专项体能达标、单个障碍物技评及全程体能混和训练等训法与考法,经学期考核、总部联考反馈,学员障碍成绩提升明显,课程教学设计改革效果显著。 Rade- 2013 cadets in a military academy were chosen for an experimental research on semester - based optimal 400 m ob-stacle race teaching that features,ldecomposing teaching objectives, highlighting key points, standardizing teaching content and meth-ods, exploring the ratio between physical training and skill training and refining teaching assessment. Some training methods and test methcxls, such as the physical fitness test for the 400 m obstacle race, technical assessment of each obstacle passing and physical training in the whole process of obstacle race training, were adopted. Results of the term - end test organized by the Academy and the test organized by the higher level show that Grade - 2013 cadets performed better in 400 m obstacle race and the teaching design re-form is successful.
