摘要
目的:观察8周纠正性动作训练对某军校学员功能性动作筛查(FMS)评分的影响。方法:对82名普通学员进行FMS评分,从中随机抽取28名FMS评分较低(≤16分)人员并随机分为纠正性训练试验组(A组)和对照组(B组),对A组设计并实施为期8周的纠正性训练,试验前、后进行FMS评分。结果:8周纠正性训练能够有效提升FMS各项动作的评分,且在深蹲、直线弓步蹲、躯干稳定俯卧撑和总分上有高度统计意义。结论:通过FMS测试能够迅速识别出学员身体的薄弱环节,开展8周针对性的纠正性训练能够显著提升学员FMS评分。
Objective: To observe the effect of 8 week corrective action training on the functional exercise screening (FMS) score in a military academy. Methods: the FMS score of 82 ordinary students, were randomly selected from 28 FMS low (less than 16) were randomly divided into experimental group of corrective training (A group) and control group (B group), A group for the design and implementation of corrective training for 8 weeks, before the test and after the FMS score. Results: 8 weeks of corrective training can effectively enhance the action of the FMS score, and squats, lunges, straight with high statistical significance of trunk and total stable push up. Conclusion: through the FMS test can qmckly identify the weak link of the students, to carry out 8 weeks targeted correc-tive training can significantly improve the FMS score.
