神经阻滞疗法治疗带状疱疹及预防后遗神经痛的效果探讨

Effect of Nerve Block Therapy on Herpes Zoster and Prevention of Sequela Neuralgia

目的对带状疱疹患者治疗与后遗神经痛预防中神经阻滞疗法的应用效果进行分析。方法方便选取医院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的带状疱疹患者126例,随机划分为对照组与观察组各63例,对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组采用神经阻滞疗法,比较两组患者VAS评分、后遗神经痛发生率以及不良反应发生率。结果治治疗前观察组患者VAS评分(6.85±1.25)分与对照组(6.74±1.26)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组VAS评分(2.28±0.56)分明显低于对照组(5.98±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。后遗神经痛发生率比较,观察组1.59%(1/63)低于对照组11.11%(7/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组与对照组分别为3.17%(2/63)、6.35%(4/63),两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者治疗中神经阻滞疗法可取得显著效果,且有助于后遗神经痛的预防,应在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective This paper tr ies to analyze th e ap p l ic a t io n effect of n erve block th e rap y in th e p rev en tion an d tr e a t -ment of pat ients with herpes zoster and postherpet ic neuralgia. Methods Convenient s ele ct ion 126 c a se s of h erp es zos ter p a -tients treated in the hospi tal from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 63 pat ients in each group, and the control group received convent ional treatment, the obser -vation group adopted nerve block therapy, and then the VAS score, neuralgia incidence and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results Before th e tre a tm en t , th e VAS score in th e observa tio n group was （6.8 5±1 .2 5）po in ts an d th a t of the control group was （6.74±1.26）points, without stat ist ical difference （P〉0.05）; After treatment , VAS score in the observationgroup was （2.28±0.56）points , signif icantly lower than the control group of （5.98±1.05）points , with s ignif icant difference （P〈 0.05）, and there was stat ist ical signif icance. The neuralgia rate of the observation group was 1.59%（1/63）, lower than the control group of 11.11% （7/63）, and the difference was signif icant （P〈0.05）, with stat is t ically s ignif icant. The incidence rate of adverse react ion in the observation group and the control group were 3.17%（2/63） and 6.35%（4/63） respectively, and the difference between the two groups was not stat is t ically s ignif icant （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The n erve b lo ck th erap y in the treatment of pat ients with herpes zoster can achieve remarkable effect, and is helpful for the prevention of postherpet ic neu-ralgia, which should be popular ized and appl ied in cl inical practice.
