强化药事管理对促进合理用药的效果观察

Effect of Strengthening Drug Administration on Promoting Rational Drug Use

目的对药事管理在促进合理用药中的影响进行研究。方法随机抽取该院于2013年1月—2016年12月年收到的2 000份处方作为研究对象,并随机分成观察组(2015年1月—2016年12月)、对照组(2013年1月—2014年12月),每组1 000份处方,对照组实施传统药事管理,观察组实施加强药事管理,比较两组用药处方不合格率、处方满意度及服务满意度。结果观察组的处方不合格率1.10%、处方满意率92.00%服务满意度96.67%分别优于对照组的处方不合格率5.30%,处方满意率62.00%、服务满意度41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化药事管理对促进合理用药具有重要作用。

Object ive This paper tr ies to explore the effect of strengthening drug administration on promoting rational druguse. Methods 2 000 pieces of prescr iptions were collected from January 2013 to December 2016, and were randomly divid-ed into the observation group from January 2015 to December 2016, and the control group from January 2013 to December2014, with 1 000 pieces of prescr iptions in each group. The control group adopted tradi t ional pharmaceut ical affairs man-agement, and the observation group adopted strengthening drug adminis tration, the unqualif ied prescr ipt ion rate, prescr iptionsatisfact ion degree and service satisfact ion rate of the two groups were compared. Results The prescr ipt ion failure rate of theobservation group was 1.10%, the satisfact ion rate of prescr ipt ion was 92.00% and with the service was 96.67%, bet ter thanthat of the control group of 5.30% 、 6 2 .0 0% an d 4 1 .6 7% re sp ec tiv e ly , with s ta t is t ically s ignif icant d i f f e re n c e （P 〈 0 .0 5 ） . C o n -clusion Strengthening the management of medicinal drugs has an important effect on promoting rational drug use.
