CT对腹部闭合性损伤诊断价值的研究

The Value of CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Closed Injury

目的讨论CT对腹部闭合性损伤诊断价值的研究。方法方便选取该院发生腹部闭合性损伤的患者66例,病例均选自2015年6月—2016年6月期间。分别使用CT检测以及超声检测,选取的患者均进行病理检测。观察两种检测的结果并进行比较。结果经过CT检测,有60例患者检测出腹部闭合性损伤,检测的准确性为90.91%。经过超声检测,有54例患者检测出腹部闭合性损伤,检测的准确性为81.82%。CT检测的准确性大于超声检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检测出患者的实质性脏器损伤的准确率(90.00%)以及空腔脏器的损伤的准确率(86.35%)多于超声检测(78.00%、68.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部闭合性损伤使用CT检测,准确率更高,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective This paper tr ies to study the value of CT in the diagnos is of abdominal closed injury. Methods 66 cases of abdominal closed injury from June 2015 to June 2016 in this hospi tal were conveniently selected and implemented CT detect ion and ultrasound detect ion, and the selected pat ients were pathological tested. The resul ts of both tests were compared and observed. Results After CT examination, 60 pat ients were diagnosed with abdominal closed injury, the accu-racy of the tes t was 90.91%. After ul trasound detect ion, 54 pat ients were diagnosed with abdominal closed injury, the accu-racy of detect ion was 81.82%. The accuracy of CT detect ion was higher than that of ul trasound, the difference was stat ist i-cally signif icant （P〈0.05）. The accuracy of CT detect ion of pat ients with subs tant ial organ damage was 90.00% and the cavi-ty organ damage was 86.35%, higher than the ultrasound detect ion of 78.00% and 68.18%, the difference was s tat is t ical ly signif icant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT detect ion of abdominal closed injury is more accurate and has important cl inical value.
