复发性尿路感染的细菌检验和药敏情况及治疗分析

Infection and Treatment Analysis of Bacteria Test and Drug Sensitivity of Recurrent Urinary Tract

目的探究复发性尿路感染临床细菌检验、药敏以及治疗情况。方法方便选取2014年8月—2016年8月该院经诊断确诊为复发性尿路感染的患者60例纳为该次参研的对象,对所选患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,所有研究对象均采取药敏试验以及尿液细菌培养试验,依照试验获得的结果对患者实施对症临床治疗措施。结果该组60例患者中,尿细菌检验结果显示阳性的患者有21例,在所选患者人数中的占比为35.00%,其中3例(5.00%)粪肠球菌感染,12例(20.00%)大肠埃希菌感染,4例(6.70%)合并支原体感染以及2例(3.30%)肺炎克伯雷菌感染。所有患者经针对性的治疗后有效率为95.00%(57/60)。结论在临床治疗复发性尿路感染患者时,通过尿细菌检验对患者长期治疗进行指导存在一定的局限性,情况必要时可与患者药敏试验相互结合,依此选取抗生素,再通过分期治疗的方式开展治疗可提高临床治疗的效果。

Object ive This papertries to explore the cl inical and bacter iological examination of recur rent urinary tract in-fect ion, drug sensit ivity and treatment. Methods 60 pat ients diagnosed with recur rent urinary tract infect ion from August 2014 to August 2016 in this hospi tal were convenient selected as the research objects, cl inical data of the selected patients were retrospectively analyzed. All subjects were taken drug sensit ivity tes t and ur ine bacter ial cul ture test , according to the results , the cl inical treatment measures for pat ients were implemented. Results Among the 60 cases , ur ine tes t results showed that 21 cases of positive, account ing for 35.00% of the selected patients ; 3 cases （5.00%） of enterococcus faecalis in-fection, 12 cases （20.00%） of escher ichia coli infect ion, 4 cases （6.70%） with mycoplasma pneumoniae infect ion and 2 cases （3.30%） of kebolei pneumonia bacter ia infection. All the pat ients underwent the targeted treatment and the curative rate was 95.00% （57/60）. Conclusion In the cl inical treatment of patients with recur rent urinary tract infect ion, there are some l imi-tations by bacter ia in the ur ine test for pat ients with long-term treatment, when neces sary, it can be combined with patients with drug sensit ivity tes t , ant ibiot ics then can be chosen, and the treatment can improve the cl inical curative effect by stages.
