摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染与小儿支气管哮喘的关系。方法采用回顾性分析方法 ,方便选取2014年2月—2016年12月在该院治疗的小儿支气管哮喘90例(哮喘组),同时选取呼吸道感染患儿100例作为对照组,检测各患儿血清MP抗体、血清嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)水平以及最大呼气峰流量占预计值百分比(PEF%pred)水平。结果哮喘组MP检测阳性率为46.67%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);哮喘组MP阳性患儿血清EOS为(620.02±56.92)×106/L,明显高于MP阴性患儿(P<0.05),而FEV1%pred为(64.81±8.83)%,PEF%pred为(63.76±9.86)%,明显低于MP阴性患儿(P<0.05)。结论 MP感染与小儿支气管哮喘有一定关系,且可影响患儿血清EOS水平,MP在哮喘的急性发作期感染率较高。
Objective To study the correlation between the MP infection and children with bronchial asthma. Methods 90 cases of children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the asthma group, while 100 cases of respiration tract infection were selected as the control group, and the serum MP antibody, serum EOS, FEV1% pred level and PEF% pred level of various children were tested. Results The MP test positive rate in the asthma group was 46.67%, which was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05), and the serum EOS of MP positive children in the asthma group was(620.02±56.92)×10^6/L, which was obviously higher than that of MP negative children(P〈0.05); the FEV1% pred and PEF% pred levels were respectively(64.81 ±8.83)% and(63.76 ±9.86)%, which were obviously lower than those of MP negative children(P〈0.05). Conclusion MP infection has a certain correlation with the bronchial asthma in children, which can affect the serum EOS level, and the infection rate of MP in the acute attack stage of asthma is higher.
