侧卧位胃内注气法盲插鼻肠管的肠内营养价值分析

Analysis of Enteral Nutrition Value of Lateral-position Intragastric Gavage in Blind Intubation of Nasojejunal Feeding Tube

目的研究在需要肠内营养的患者中采取侧卧位胃内注气法盲插鼻肠管的临床效果。方法此次研究对象为该院自2013年3月—2017年5月该院收治的246例需要肠内营养的患者,以计算机表法对患者进行随机分组,为实验组、参照组1、参照组2,每组患者例数为82例,实验组采取侧卧位胃内注气法盲插鼻肠管,参照组1患者予以传统床旁直接鼻肠管置入法,参照组2患者采取胃镜下鼻肠管置入,对比3组需要肠内营养的患者治疗总有效率、肠内营养管置管成功率。结果实验组患者肠内营养管置管成功率98.78%、治疗总有效率98.78%显著高于参照组1置管成功率87.80%、治疗总有效率86.58%,参照组2置管成功率90.24%、治疗总有效率91.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将侧卧位胃内注气法盲插鼻肠管应用于需要肠内营养的患者中效果显著,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To research the clinical effect of lateral-position intragastric gavage in blind intubation of nasojejunal feeding tube in patients needing enteral nutrition. Methods 246 cases of patients needing enteral nutrition admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 82 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the lateral-position intragastric gavage, while the control 1 group adopted the traditional bedside direct nasojejunal tube placement method, while the control 2 group adopted the gastroscopic nasojejunal tube placement, and the total treatment effective rate, success rate of nasojejunal feeding tube placement of the three groups were compared. Results The success rate of nasojejunal feeding tube placement and total treatment effective rate in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control 1 group and control 2 group,（98.78%, 98.78% vs 87.80%,86.58% vs 90.24%, 91.46%）, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of lateral-position intragastric gavage in blind intubation of nasojejunal feeding tube is obvious, which is worth wide application.
