微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年7月—2017年5月收治的胫骨远端关节外骨折患者114例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(57例)和试验组(57例),对照组应用交锁髓内钉进行治疗,试验组应用微创经皮钢板固定术进行治疗,对2组治疗效果和并发症情况进行比较。结果 2组治疗优良率予以比较,对照组80.70%明显低于试验组94.74%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率予以比较,试验组8.77%显著低于对照组24.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床借鉴和深度普及推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in treatment of extraarticular distal tibia fracture. Methods 114 cases of patients with extra-articular distal tibia fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each, the control group and the test group were respectively treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation, and the treatment effect and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate in the control group was obviously lower than that in the test group(80.70% vs 94.74%),and the difference was obvious(P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of complications in the test group was obviously lower than that in the control group(8.77% vs 24.56%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in treatment of extra-articular distal tibia fracture is obvious with low incidence rate of complications, which is worth clinical reference and deeply promotion.
