个性化护理对门诊皮试患儿依从性的影响

Effect of Individual Nursing on the Compliance of Outpatient Skin Test Children

目的探讨个性化护理对门诊患儿依从性的影响。方法方便选取2016年8—10月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院儿科门诊行皮试的患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组按常规的解释工作后进行皮试,观察组进行个性化护理干预,采用自拟问卷调查表进行护理质量满意度评价,采用描述性的研究方法,查阅资料了解儿童对不良刺激的反应及心理特点,比较两组满意度和依从性。结果观察组皮试依从率76.0%,家长护理满意度95.0%,均高于对照组45.0%和88.3%,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理能使患儿在皮试过程中消除紧张恐惧的心理,增加自信心,提高患儿的依从性,提高患者服务满意度,减少护理纠纷发生。

Objective To study the effect of individual nursing on the compliance of outpatient skin test children. Methods 120 cases of children with skin test in our hospital from August 2016 to October 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the control group adopted the skin test after the routine explanation work, while the observation group adopted the individual nursing intervention, and the nursing quality satisfactory degree was evaluated by the self-made questionnaire, and the reactions of children to the adverse stimulations and mental features were known by referring to data and descriptive research method, and the satisfactory degree and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of skin test and nursing satisfactory degree of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,（76.0%, 95.0% vs 45.0%, 88.3%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The individual nursing can eliminate the tension and fear in the skin test course, enhance the confidence, improve the compliance of children and service satisfactory degree of patients and reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes.
