摘要
目的探讨心理护理对重症监护病房(ICU)重症患者护理质量的影响。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2017年2月间收治的ICU重症患者80例,按照护理干预措施的不同分为研究组(心理护理,n=40)与对照组(常规护理,n=40)。对比两组干预前后心理健康状况、护理质量和满意度变化情况。结果干预后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑评分、汉密尔顿抑郁评分分别为(10.0±1.2)分、(9.2±1.5)分,优于对照组的(18.9±2.2)分、(18.5±1.9)分,结果均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量评分为(92.5±3.6)分,优于对照组的(80.2±2.4)分,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度为97.5%(39/40),对照组患者的护理满意度为80.0%(32/40),结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU重症患者护理中,实施心理护理的效果理想,能消除抑郁、焦虑情绪,提升护理质量,改善护理满意度,值得进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To study the effect of mental nursing on the ICU severe nursing quality. Methods From February 2014 to February 2017, 80 cases of ICU severe patients admitted and treated in our hospital were conveniently selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each according to the different nursing intervention measures, the research group and the control group respectively adopted the mental nursing and routine nursing, and the mental health condition and changes of nursing quality and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, Hamilton anxiety score and Hamilton depression score in the research group were better than those in the control group, [(10.0±1.2)points,(9.2±1.5)points vs(18.9±2.2)points,(18.5±1.9)points], and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the nursing quality score in the research group was better than that in the control group[(92.5±3.6)points vs(80.2±2.4)points], and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group and in the control group was respectively 97.5%(39/40) and 80.0%(32/40), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of mental nursing in ICU severe patients is ideal, which can eliminate the depression and anxiety emotions, improve the nursing quality and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth deeply research and promotion.
