温针灸在治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎中的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Needle Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Cold-dampness Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

目的探讨温针灸在治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎中的优势作用。方法方便选取该院2015年4月—2016年11月期间收治的72例寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者,作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(温针灸)和对照组(常规针灸方法)各36例,比较两组患者的治疗恢复效果。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的膝关节功能得以显著恢复,其膝关节疼痛程度显著改善。治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(94.44%>86.11%)和Lysholm膝关节评分[(89.73±4.38)分>(75.42±4.48)分]相对更高,疼痛VAS评分[(2.75±0.84)分<(4.64±1.15)分]相对更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者的温针灸治疗效果显著,能够有效减轻患者的痛苦,促进其关节功能的恢复,更好的维护患者的身体健康,保障其生活质量。

Objective To study the advantage of needle warming moxibustion in treatment of cold-dampness knee joint osteoarthritis. Methods 72 cases of patients with cold-dampness knee joint osteoarthritis？admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the observation group and the control group respectively adopted the needle warming moxibustion and routine moxibustion method, and the treatment recovery effect was compared between the two groups. Results The knee joint function of the two groups were obviously recovered, and the pain degree of knee joint was obviousy improved, and the treatment effective rate and Lysholm knee joint score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[94.44%86.11%,（89.73±4.38）poins 〉（75.42±4.48）poins], and the pain VAS score was lower than that in the control group[（2.75±0.84）poins 〈（4.64±1.15）poins], and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of needle warming moxibustion in treatment of cold-dampness knee joint osteoarthritis is obvious,which can effectively relieve the pains of patients, promote the recovery of joint functions, better maintain the physical health of patients and ensure the quality of life.
