探究高频超声诊断肋骨及肋软骨骨折的价值

目的探究高频超声诊断肋骨及肋软骨骨折的价值。方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月医院收治的60例肋骨或肋软骨骨折患者作为研究对象,分别使用X线、超声对患者的病情进行诊断,观察两种诊断方法的准确率。结果使用高频超声诊断,检查出患者肋骨骨折50例,肋软骨骨折10例,阳性率100.0%;使用X线检查,检查到50例患者出现肋骨骨折,但未显示出患者有肋软骨骨折的情况,阳性率为83.3%。结论高频超声诊断肋骨及肋软骨骨折的准确率较高,对于肋骨及肋软骨骨折患者进行早期的高频超声诊断,图像清晰,定位更准,能为临床治疗提供重要的依据。
