朝阳市县域水资源承载能力水质要素评价研究

Assessment of Water Quality Factors in Counties of Chaoyang City:As an Indicator of Water Resources Carrying Capacity

随着辽宁省人口增长和经济发展,资源型缺水和水质型缺水问题日益突出,分析水资源承载能力及现状污染物排放负荷对保障水安全有重要意义。在水功能区和排污口监测成果基础上对朝阳市及所辖县区开展了水质要素评价,对超载区域进行了原因分析并提出了调控意见。结果表明:朝阳市整体不超载,6个县域单元中朝阳县、喀左县和北票市不超载;市区(龙城区、双塔区)和建平县为临界状态;凌源市超载。

With the population growth and economic development in Liaoning province,quantity-oriented and quality-oriented shortage of water resource become more prominent,so it is important to analyze the water resource carrying capacity and the current pollutant discharge load for protecting the security of water resource.This study had assessed the water resource carrying capacity in water quality factors of Chaoyang city and its counties.The overloading causes of water resource carrying capacity in water quality factors in Lingyuan City was analyzed and some suggestions were putted forward simultaneously.The conclusions showed that Chaoyang city and three of its counties(Chaoyang,Kazuo and Beipiao) were not overloaded,the downtown(Longcheng district and Shuangta district) and Jianping county were in the critical state,but the Lingyuan county was overloaded.
