摘要
以空心球基质湿地为对比组,研究了稻草/空心球基质湿地去除营养盐的效果和特性及其机理。结果表明:当HRT约为8 h时,稻草/空心球混合基质湿地对TN、TP、COD平均去除率分别达到了84.3%、42.8%、42.3%,比空心球基质湿地TN、TP、COD的去除率分别高出25.4%、14.2%、77.9%。稻草/空心球混合基质湿地具有更高的美人蕉收割量(高出14.83%),更高的干物质(碳、氮、磷等)浓度(高出10.57%)。通过分析基质中微生物种群和系统浸出物以及指示性微生物,说明混合基质湿地有利于提高污水净化效果,为湿地系统的革新提供有益参考。
Compared to constructed wetland with hollow sphere(CW-HS) as substrate(controlled unit),the wastewater purification efficiency,performances and mechanisms of constructed wetland with rice straw/hollow sphere(CW-RS/HS) as combined substrates were investigated.The experimental results showed that the averaged removal rates of TN,TP and COD of the CW-RS/HS reached 84.3%,42.8% and 42.3% respectively,which higher 25.4%,14.2% and 77.9% than those of the CW-HS.But the effluent COD concentration of the CW-RS/HS was higher than the CW-HS.The combined substrates CW were helpful for improving the wastewater purification efficiency,because of the higher harvest and inclusion concentration(carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus(10.57% higher)).By analyzing the substrate microorganisms,extraction and indicated microorganisms,it showed that the mixed substrate was helpful to improve the wastewater purification.It would provide useful reference for the innovation of wetland system.
