金沙江攀枝花河段饮用水水源地保护区生态服务功能价值损失研究

摘要 金沙江是我国重要的水电能源基地,同时也是沿江城镇的重要水源。随着攀枝花河段金沙、银江、乌东德等水电站的开发建设,严重影响了河段内设置的8处饮用水水源地保护区生态系统服务功能价值。拟采用模糊数学方法,对水电工程开发前后饮用水水源地保护区生态系统服务价值进行定量评估,得出水电工程开发后,水源地保护区生态系统服务价值损失2 114万元。 Jinsha River is the important hydropower base in China,and it is the important water source for towns along the river.The ecosystem service value of eight drinking water source reserves in this reach will be affected by the construction of hydroelectric stations,such as Jinsha,Yinjiang and Wudongde hydroelectric station.When the hydroelectric stations had being completed,the value of ecosystem service function of drinking water source reserves was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics,and it had a loss of 21.14 million yuan.
