大型输水工程水量计量可靠性评价模型与应用 被引量:1

摘要 水量计量是输水工程运行管理中的一个关键环节,针对南水北调中线工程水量计量单元和计量仪器多,水量计量系统的可靠性问题研究较少情况,根据现有渠道计量设备、方法,选取适当的评价指标,构建隶属函数和评价集,建立了一个多层次的南水北调中线工程水量计量可靠性评价模型.利用京石段历史资料用模型对其水量计量可靠性进行了评价,评价结果表明:计量系统的可靠性等级为最高级——良好. Water measuring is the key link of operation management water in conveyance project. There are somany metrical instruments in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,while the study on thereliability problem of water measuring system is weak. A reliability evaluation model of the South-to-North WaterDiversion Middle Route Project has been built when valuation index has been selected and membership functionhas been built based on the measuring equipment and method. The historical data of Beijing-Shijiazhuang sectionhas been used to evaluate the measure reliability,valuation results show that the reliability level of metering systemis the highest.
