Business due diligence can give a very helpful information or material for Chinese investors. This paperfocuses on the business due diligence problems in the investment and M&A activity for Chinese invesetors whichinvest in One Road One Belt Initiatives countries and regions. The main innovative point of this paper is that it givesan new method to do business diligence:combination of macro economic analysis,industry analysis and companyanalysis. This paper also gives the steps of how to carry out business due diligence.
