褪黑素对肉羊体外胚胎生产效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨褪黑素对肉羊体外胚胎生产效果的影响,本实验体外成熟液(TCM199),受精液及胚胎培养液(SOF)添加不同浓度(0、10^(-8)、10^(-9)、10^(-10))褪黑素,研究在体外胚胎生产全程添加褪黑素对体外受精效果的影响。本实验分别从屠宰场采集肉羊卵巢获得卵母细胞,卵母细胞经体外成熟、体外受精、早期胚胎体外培养。试验结果表明:体外胚胎生产过程中添加10^(-9)褪黑素组的卵母细胞卵裂率、囊胚率及囊胚细胞数显著优于其对照组(P<0.05);说明体外胚胎生产过程中全程添加抗氧化剂,可以达到抗细胞过氧化反应的目的,克服早期胚胎的发育阻滞,提高体外胚胎的囊胚发育率及囊胚细胞数,提高囊胚质量。
