基坑顺逆结合施工方案研究及BIM技术应用

Research on top-down and down-top construction method and BIM technical application of foundation pit engineering

以天津市东丽区詹庄等七村村民还迁安置经济适用房项目的住宅人防工程基坑为研究对象,进行了超大面积基坑支护选型分析、顺逆结合施工方案研究等工作,并尝试将BIM技术应用于基坑施工方案比选优化、可视化技术交底、工程算量、施工模拟,实践证明,取得了良好效果,为达到工程质量和工期要求提供了保障.

With the foundation pit of air-raid shelters of affordable housing project for villagers in Zhanzhuang and other six villages in Dongli District of Tianjin city as research object, type selection of retaining and protecting structures of large-scale foundation pit were analyzed. Top-down and down-top construction method and technological process research has also been performed. The paper tried a couple of things to apply BIM information model to technical disclosure and scheme optimization of foundation pit construction. The practice has proved that with the help of BIM technology,it not only brings convenient construction management but also ensures the quality of the project and the requirements of the construction period.
