摘要
海量的大学毕业生就业数据被储存在数据库中,这就需要将这些就业数据中隐藏着大量未知有用的信息给挖掘出来,本文运用关联性规则的原理对就业数据进行挖掘,先是阐述数据的挖掘概念,其次是对就业数据的关联性规则进行分析与设计,最后采用SPSS modeler软件对就业数据做详细的分析和研究。结论证明:大学生就业主要是以合同就业为主,前提是要具备良好的心理素质,建议高校应该将大学生的学习成绩培养和心理素质培养要两手抓,即以培养大学生的综合素质教育为导向。
This paper uses Association Rules to mine the employment data which contain a lot of unknown useful information,expounding the concept of"data mining",analyzing the association rules in employment data,and studying the employment data in detail with SPSS modeler software. The employment of college students is mainly based on contract employment and need to have good psychological quality,so we suggest that colleges and universities should pay more attention to the cultivations of students' academic achievements and their psychological quality——cultivating the comprehensive quality education of college students as the guide.
