摘要 为了解福州市中小学教师信息技术应用现状,笔者对福州市中小学教师进行专项调查,调查结果发现:随着教师信息技术应用能力工程的实施,教师对现代教育技术的认识以及应用意识有很大提升;学校的信息化基础设施有很大改善,基本能满足教师日常教学需要;但教师的教学理念、应用能力有待提升,优质数字化教学资源还十分欠缺。建议加强信息技术校本研训,提升教师教学理念,推进信息技术有效应用;大力推进三通两平台建设与应用,积累优质数字化教学资源,提高教学绩效。 In order to find out the current situation of Fuzhou primary and middle school teachers' use of information technology, the author makes a survey of Fuzhou primary and middle school teachers. The results show that with the implementation of the project of teachers' competence in the use of information technology, teachers' knowledge and awareness of modern education technology have been enhanced greatly and that the basic facility of the school's informatization has improved greatly so that the daily teaching needs of the teachers can be met. However, the teachers' philosophy of teaching and application competence need to be improved. Besides, high-quality digital teaching resources are still inadequate. It is suggested that school-based training of information technology should be strengthened and teachers' philosophy of teaching should be promoted so as to enhance the effective application of information technology. The construction and application of the three links and two platforms should be vigorously enhanced and high-quality digital teaching resources should be accumulated so as to improve teaching.
