摘要
留置是监察委员会为保障调查活动的顺利进行针对职务犯罪公职人员人身自由采取的强制措施,应当以法律形式对其启动、运行和救济予以详细规范。留置措施的适用,应主动接受监督,强化权力制约,做到监察权力的运行和留置对象权利的保障并重。
Retention is a compulsory measure adopted by the supervisory committee to ensure the smooth progress of the investigation for the personal freedom of the public servants committing crime by taking advantage of duty. Its initiation , operation and relief shall be regulated in detail in the form of law. Detention measures should accept supervision actively , strengthen power constraints , not only to ensure the operation of the investigation , but also to protect the rights of the respondents.
