摘要
分析了铝电解槽长期生产中铝水平过高或过低对电解生产带来的各种问题,提出以铝水平为核心的调整方案,同时优化工艺技术条件,改善了经济指标,保证了电解槽高效稳定运行。
The problems caused by aluminum level of electrolytic production in aluminum reduction cell are analyzed, the modification plan based on the core of aluminum level is put forward. At the same time, technical conditions are optimized, and the economic indicators are improved, then the operation of the electrolytic cell is more efficient and stable.
