我国保安服务业面临的困境及未来出路

Dilemma and future way-out of China's security service industry

我国保安服务业虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速,市场前景良好,发展潜力巨大,已成为一项朝阳行业。但当前我国保安服务业与保安服务业较发达的国家相比仍然存在着不小差距,面临着人员素质低、流动频繁、服务产品低端、跨地区经营困难等问题。故而亟需从立法层面和企业经营策略层面为保安服务业寻找突出困境的出路,为我国保安服务业的良性有序发展营造合理化的环境。

Although China＇s security service industry started late,the rapid development,good market prospects and huge development potential have made it become a sunrise industry.However,there is still a big gap between China＇s security service industry and the security services in the more developed countries,facing with low quality,frequent mobility,low -end service products,difficulties for cross-regional business and other issues.Therefore,it is urgent to find out the way out for the security service industry from the legislative level and the enterprise management strategy level,so as to create a rational environment for the benign and orderly development of China＇s security service industry.
