核桃是世界著名的"四大干果"之一,鲜食核桃含有比干核桃更高的营养物质,因此越来越受到人们的喜爱。相信在不久的将来,鲜食核桃将成为一种时尚食品。通过阐述鲜食核桃的采收、采后生理变化和贮藏方式,以及贮藏中各种成分的变化,总结出鲜食核桃的3种贮藏方式和市场上鲜食核桃的主要贮藏方法,以期对鲜食核桃产业的发展提供参考。
Walnut as the world famous"Four Nuts"one,with more nutrients than dried walnut,has a unique flavor,and more and more people receive love. In the near future fresh walnut will become a fashion food. Study on the various components of the fresh walnut harvest,postharvest physiology and storage methods and storage changes were summarized,summed up the storage method of three storage form and the market of fresh walnut on fresh walnut,provide a reference for the development of expectations of fresh walnut industry.
